Round 1 "The Gentleman" snaps back the head of Hideki with a stiff jab. The fighters circle each other. Hideki Itami keeps "The Gentleman" at a distance with some well timed jabs. After dodging a jab-cross, Hideki Itami lands a kick to the liver of Marcus Lewis who steps back and begins to take a knee. Hideki Itami rushes forward to capitalize but Marcus Lewis stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Lewis lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Hideki Itami. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Hideki throws a kick to the midsection of Marcus. Hideki Itami lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of "The Gentleman". Lewis snaps back the head of Hideki Itami with a stiff jab. After dodging a jab, Hideki Itami lands a kick to the ribs of "The Gentleman" who winces in pain. Marcus snaps back the head of Hideki with a stiff jab. Hideki Itami eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Marcus Lewis. Marcus takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Itami eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Marcus Lewis. Marcus lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Hideki Itami. Marcus ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Hideki Itami to the mat, and his back. Marcus Lewis tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Hideki Itami slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Marcus keeps Hideki at a distance with some well timed jabs. Hideki is staggered by a jab to the chin. The bell signals the end of round 3.
