Round 1 Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Barnes shoots in and grabs a single leg. Hubbard hops on one leg and defends the takedown. While on one leg, he leaps into the air and lands his apposing knee forcing Barnes to release the attempt. Barnes throws a cross that easily dodged by "Inferno". Dante Hubbard throws a few jabs at Lucas Barnes that miss the mark. Hubbard connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Dante Hubbard connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Lucas Barnes. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Lucas Barnes lands a double jab. Lucas eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Dante Hubbard. Hubbard circles Lucas, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Lucas blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Dante Hubbard tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Both fighters begin to exchange Lucas catches Hubbard with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Hubbard gather himself. Hubbard says he is ok and the fight continues. Dante is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. Barnes falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. Barnes uses strikes to open Dante Hubbards guard. Barnes stands up and waves "Inferno" up. Lucas Barnes parries Dante Hubbards jab and lands an uppercut. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A strong elbow forces Dante to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Lucas kicks at the thighs of Dante Hubbard. Round 3 comes to a close.
