Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Avel Buturlin attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Dante. "Inferno" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Dante Hubbard throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Avel is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Buturlin lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Dante. Dante Hubbard connects with a right that puts Avel Buturlin off balance tumbling to the mat, as Dante Hubbard towers over him. Dante Hubbard stands over "The Creationist", works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. "The Creationist" is able to grab an arm and pull Dante Hubbard into his guard. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Both fighters begin to exchange Hubbard catches "The Creationist" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "The Creationist" gather himself. "The Creationist" says he is ok and the fight continues. "The Creationist" winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Buturlin lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by "Inferno". Dante throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Avel. Buturlin weaves through a jab-cross combo from Dante but is met with a powerful uppercut that knocks him to the floor. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Avel Buturlin connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Dante who falls to the ground. Avel Buturlin waves him back to his feet. Buturlin connects with a strong body shot combo. "The Creationist" misses with an axe kick that has Dante back up. Avel Buturlin lands a devastating overhand right on Hubbard. Avel pushes away from Dante and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Dante Hubbard connects with jab cross combination. "Inferno" ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Avel and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
