Round 1 Bauer misses with an axe kick that has Bif Berry back up. Gerhardt Bauer connects with a hard punch making Bif Berry bring him in to a tight clinch. Bif receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Bauer works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Bauer takes Bif Berrys back standing. Bif isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Bauer lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Bif to release. Gerhardt Bauer is able to press Berry to the cage, forcing a momentary clinch. Berry wriggles out of the clinch and throws looping hooks to back Gerhardt Bauer off. Bif Berry connects with a jab, plants his left hand on the ground and pushes up smashing Gerhardts head with a cartwheel kick. Gerhardt sprawls a takedown attempt from Bif Berry. Bif Berry eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Gerhardt narrowly dodges a cross from Bif, but falls catching him in his guard. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Bif Berry is struck by a ball kick from Bauer that causes him to stumble backwards. Berry is struck by a ball kick from Gerhardt Bauer that causes him to stumble backwards. Gerhardt Bauer parries Berrys jab and lands an uppercut. A roundhouse is dodged by Berry who tries to capitalize. Gerhardt follows his momentum and lands a spinning side kick that catch Berry in the belly. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Bif Berry connects with a strong body shot combo. Bif circles to the right. Gerhardt Bauer hits a hard spinning back kick to the body. Gerhardt lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Berry circling away. Gerhardt Bauer connects with jab cross combination. Berry is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Bauer explodes forward with a push kick that puts Berry on the canvas. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Bauer locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Bif. Gerhardt Bauer works to Berrys back while standing. Gerhardt Bauer throws a couple of outside shots until Bif is able to work his way back to the clinch. Gerhardt takes the back of Bif who works for a kimura. Gerhardt pulls his arm out of the hold and push Bif away. A jab from Bif Berry is blocked and a cross is returned by Gerhardt. Bif does a good job to circle away from Gerhardt but becomes too predictable and Gerhardt lands a switch kick to Berrys ribs. Gerhardt Bauer lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Berry to a knee. Gerhardt Bauer lands a liverkick that leaves Berry unable to continue.
