Round 1 Katsuro connects with a hard punch making "The Fury" bring him in to a tight clinch. Farmer receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Miyazawa. Katsuro dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Brett standing over him. Brett drops a huge strike to Miyazawas chin, landing into his guard. Katsuro connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Katsuro Miyazawa connects with several chop shots from the bottom. "The Fury" tries to move to half guard but Miyazawa uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Miyazawa attempts to create some space from his guard, but Brett Farmer sees the opening and passes to full mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Brett Farmer snaps back the head of Miyazawa with a stiff jab. Brett catches a leg kick from Katsuro Miyazawa, and puts him on the mat. Katsuro Miyazawa fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of Farmer. Miyazawa gets his arm underneath the neck of "The Fury" while putting his opposite arm on the back of the head. Miyazawa applies pressure forcing "The Fury" to tumble over giving Miyazawa mount. Brett Farmer attempts to buck Katsuro off from mount but Katsuro keeps his base and maintains position. Brett Farmer bucks off Katsuro Miyazawa and both fighters get to their feet. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Miyazawa dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Miyazawa takes the back of "The Fury" who works for a kimura. Miyazawa pulls his arm out of the hold and push "The Fury" away. Katsuro pushes down Brett Farmers leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Katsuro Miyazawa slips out of half guard and into side control. Brett takes a few knees to the body while under Miyazawas side control. Katsuro throws a knee into Farmers ribs. Farmer tries to scramble to escape any more punishment but gives up his back in the process. The bell signals the end of round 3.
