And having to fight guys that are 20-30 pounds heavier than you won't allow you to make decent money.

Just something I might pass along that I have learned is lay and pray only works if your the larger fighter. Being that this guy is only 136, you may consider switching him to ground and pound, but most of these smaller guys that have to fight at 155 are only good for training. Another option you have with this guy is you might train up his jiu jitsu and switch him to flying submissions. Also be very picky about your matchups because you have to make money with your guys.
