Welcome back,if you really want to get back into things check into getting in an alliance.It will help you out,and it's better the more you are active in the game and in the forums.Also don't be afraid to talk in the chat.If your interested in taking a giant leap,post in the Wire located in the new players arena and someone will pick you up.Good luck.
