Oct Alliance Event Survivor Series

Start Date: Fri Oct 14th

A legend event with the following rules:

1. An alliance gathers their best fighters from each weight class and has a series.

2. The fights at each weight class will be best of 3. If you win a best of 3, that's a point. First to 4 points wins.

3. Lineup is locked against each individual alliance

4. You can sub fighters in and out against other alliances

5. No SRs allowed

6. The three fights must take place within a day once the first challenge is accepted.

7. If there's a no-show then the one who sent the first challenge gets the win for the series

8. Alliances will face each other once. The alliance with the most series victories at end will be declared the winners

9. In the event of a tie at the end of the event, the alliance's in a tie will have a series to determine the victor

10. Fights to be fought at the weight class, NOT catch weight

Series example: CC vs DBA

BW: CC fighter wins 2 out of 3 fights. CC gets a point
FW: DBA fighter wins 2 out of 3 fights. DBA point
LW: CC no shows 24 hrs after DBA sends 1st challenge. DBA point
WW: CC point
MW: DBA point
LHW: DBA point
HW: CC point

I'd like to get this started in a week when all the hurricane bullshit dies down so I'm aiming for next Wednesday start date.. I'll do my best to keep up with this but I may lose power of this storm is strong enough. This should be dummy proof and a nice straightforward event...hopefully

Also I'd like to add that tie breakers in the standings will be determined by series score. So if a team wins 5/7 matches in a series, they'll be ranked higher than a team that won 4/7 matches. Figure that would make things easier for everyone

Alliance event start date will be this Friday, October 14th. This was changed to give alliances a chance to strategize and scout out the other alliance to choose a team of 7 fighters. Rosters are due to me and Chief by Thursday the 13th

In between each round will be a 3 day planning period (kind of like what we're in the process of doing now) where alliances can sort out who they want in and who may not be able to take part. The 24 hour rule is still in effect if someone sends a fight and it isn't accepted.

Please be honorable and don't stall to hold things up.
