Round 1
Akker takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Cutov throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from "The Doctor". Heiko connects with a hard punch making Cutov bring him in to a tight clinch. Lezeu Cutov works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "The B Boy" is jockeying for position in the clinch. Cutov executes a sweeping throw, planting Heiko Akker on the mat. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
"The Doctor" throws a cross that easily dodged by Lezeu. Cutov is staggered by a jab to the chin. "The Doctor" lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Heiko connects with a strong right hook. Lezeu takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Heiko eats a strong cross as Lezeu moves into the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from "The B Boy" is defended well by "The Doctor". "The B Boy" grabs an overhook, steps to the side and lands an incredibly hard cross with his free hand that knocks "The Doctor" the floor. Lezeu kicks at the legs of Heiko and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Heiko to stand. A welt begins to form under Heiko Akkers eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Lezeu Cutov. Akker connects with a hard punch making Cutov bring him in to a tight clinch. Akker absorbs several body shots while being tied up. Heiko Akker tries to break away from the clinch to no avail. Lezeu Cutov has him on lockdown, peppering him with stiff shots. "The B Boy" instantly spins and smashes "The Doctor" with a brutal spinning elbow. "The Doctor" falls over completely out of it. The referee calls off the fight.
