Round 1
Emanuel Ahrens connects with a strong body shot combo. Emanuel gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Emanuel connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Oscar Mikkelsen who falls to the ground. Emanuel waves him back to his feet. "The King of the Ring" clinches with Oscar and pulls guard but Oscar gets in his half guard on the way down. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Mikkelsen shuffles away from Emanuel Ahrenss strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Ahrens backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Ahrens attempts a jab but is countered by a hard right leg kick to the knee and is instantly followed by a hard elbow to the chin. Emanuel Ahrens slips a cross from Oscar and lands an uppercut to the liver. Emanuel parries Mikkelsens jab and lands a liver shot. Emanuel sends Oscar Mikkelsen to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Oscar throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Ahrens. "The King of the Ring" throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Mikkelsen. Mikkelsen dodges a jab and lands a kick to the face of Emanuel Ahrens. "The King of the Ring" throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Oscar. Mikkelsen weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. The round comes to an end.

Round 4
Mikkelsen throws a hard jab but Emanuel throws a cross right over the top rocking Mikkelsen. Emanuel Ahrens feints and follows up with a hard cross. Oscar Mikkelsen stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Emanuel Ahrens connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Ahrens parries Mikkelsens jab and lands a liver shot. Oscar connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Emanuel Ahrens parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. Round 4 is over.

Round 5
Oscar Mikkelsen connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Ahrens. "The King of the Ring" attempts a striking combination, but Oscar forces the clinch. A strong elbow forces Emanuel to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Mikkelsen kicks at the legs of Emanuel and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Emanuel to stand. Mikkelsen parries "The King of the Rings" jab and connect with a cross. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Mikkelsen throws a solid knee to the jaw of "The King of the Ring". An attempt at a clinch takedown from Oscar is defended well by Emanuel. Oscar grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Oscar returns to the clinch. The round comes to an end.
