Round 1
Nicolas Degarmo is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. Skip falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. "le Vicomte de" is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but Skip transitions to half guard. Skip Clark drops an elbow onto the forehead of Nicolas. Clark presses his foot onto the thigh of "le Vicomte de" to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. "Ice Cream Sandwich" lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Skip Clark drops some hammer fists on Nicolas. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Clark places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Skip Clark escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Skip connects with jab cross combination. Skip Clark takes a punch to the jaw. He drops his hands and asks Nicolas to hit him harder. A welt begins to form under Nicolas Degarmos eye after a strong cross-hook landed from "Ice Cream Sandwich". A looping right hook from "Ice Cream Sandwich" sends Degarmo to the mat. Skip drops a powerful fist onto Nicolas Degarmo. Nicolas Degarmos eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
