Round 1 Ausubel connects with a hard punch making Guy bring him in to a tight clinch. Ausubel works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Jan attempts to pull guard, but slips, putting him on the ground, and with Guy standing over him. Guy attempts to drop a fist on Jan Ausubel, but misses and lands in his guard. Jan Ausubel starts to lock a triangle. Moss postures up and starts to stand up. Jan Ausubel lands a stiff upkick, slumping Moss back into his guard. Guy Moss tries to move to half guard but Jan Ausubel uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Jan attempts to lock an omoplata, but Guy Moss is able to muscle his way back to the guard. An armbar attempt is defended by Guy Moss. He attempts to throw an overhand right, but Ausubel bucks him into mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Guy connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Jan snaps back the head of Guy with a stiff jab. Jan Ausubel throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Guy puts Jan Ausubel on the mat giving his back up. Ausubel carefully protects himself from Guys strikes. Jan Ausubel starts to wiggle out of back control, Moss lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Ausubel hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Moss throws a few jabs at Jan Ausubel that miss the mark. Jan narrowly dodges a cross from Guy, but falls catching him in his guard. Jan Ausubel works for a triangle but Guy Moss throws Jan Ausubels straight leg over his head and makes it to half guard. Ausubel goes to Z guard and shoots his head under the arm of Guy Moss and attacks the leg for a knee bar. Guy Moss taps out.
