Round 2 Saad Nejem throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Ward is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Saad connects with a hard jab as Ward attempts a wide outside hook. Fred is staggered by a jab to the chin. "The Saad Saad Man" lands a strong outside leg kick but is met with a counter hook from Fred that puts him on the floor. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 A wild hook from Fred is ducked by Saad who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. "King Of The Ring" circles Saad Nejem, mixing jabs with body shots. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Saad attempts a striking combination, but "King Of The Ring" forces the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Saad Nejem is defended well by "King Of The Ring". Saad Nejem grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Saad Nejem returns to the clinch. Saad grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that puts "King Of The Ring" on the floor. Saad Nejem dances around Fred Wards legs and throws a hard kick to the body. Round 4 Fred Ward is leading with his head during his combos and Saad Nejem makes him pay by landing a lead knee to the jaw. Fred Ward shakes it off as he steps back. Nejem circles "King Of The Ring", landing jabs and crosses at will. Saad Nejem lands a solid kick to the front leg of Ward. Fred Ward is staggered by a jab to the chin. Fred lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Saad Nejem. "The Saad Saad Man" is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Ward tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from "The Saad Saad Man" that puts him on the floor. Round 4 is finished.
Round 5 Saad Nejem lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Fred Ward circling away. Saad connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Nejem lands a solid kick to the front leg of Fred Ward. Fred connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Saad hunts down his opponent and throws 2 heavy haymakers that get nothing but air. A lazy leg kick from Nejem is caught by Fred Ward who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Nejem. The round comes to an end.
