Round 1
A trip to the ground allows "The King of the Ring" to move into the guard of Sserulyo. Galabba Sserulyo begins to posture on his side. Emanuel lands a couple of outside hooks and Galabba Sserulyo returns to the guard. Ahrens takes advantage of a mental laps from Galabba and moves into full mount. Galabba gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "The King of the Ring" works his arm around the neck of Galabba Sserulyo attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Galabba Sserulyo hand fights well. Sserulyo is able to make it back to the standing position. Galabba attempts a striking combination, but Emanuel Ahrens forces the clinch. Sserulyo receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Ahrens. "The King of the Ring" fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Galabba Sserulyo up for a flurry of hooks. A lazy leg kick from Galabba is caught by Ahrens who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Galabba. Ahrens lays into Sserulyos thighs with some well timed kicks while Sserulyo is grounded. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Galabba tries to hyperextend the knee of Emanuel with a kick to the kneecap. Emanuel hops back to avoid it. Sserulyo weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Sserulyo throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from "The King of the Ring". Ahrens clinches with Galabba Sserulyo and lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Galabba Sserulyo for a trip takedown, landing Ahrens is half guard. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Emanuel Ahrens throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Galabba puts Emanuel Ahrens on the mat giving his back up. Emanuel Ahrens carefully protects himself from Sserulyos strikes. Emanuel Ahrens starts to wiggle out of back control, Galabba Sserulyo lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Galabba hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Emanuel Ahrens tries to hyperextend the knee of Galabba Sserulyo with a kick to the kneecap. Galabba Sserulyo hops back to avoid it. Emanuel Ahrens fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Galabba Sserulyo quickly takes his back. The round comes to an end.

Round 4
Emanuel catches a leg kick from Galabba, and puts him on the mat. Galabba Sserulyo begins to posture on his side. Emanuel Ahrens lands a couple of outside hooks and Galabba Sserulyo returns to the guard. Ahrens takes advantage of a mental laps from Sserulyo and moves into full mount. Galabba gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Emanuel peppers shot to the head of Galabba looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Galabba is hand playing well. Galabba is able to make it back to the standing position. Galabba Sserulyo connects with a hard punch making Emanuel bring him in to a tight clinch. Emanuel works to Sserulyos back while standing. Emanuel throws a couple of outside shots until Sserulyo is able to work his way back to the clinch. Ahrens takes the back of Sserulyo who works for a kimura. Ahrens pulls his arm out of the hold and push Sserulyo away. "The King of the Ring" blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Sserulyo tries to press the action but is met with a jab-cross then an uppercut that puts him to on the floor. Ahrens drops a huge strike to Galabba Sserulyos chin, landing into his guard. Round 4 comes to a close.

Round 5
Galabba Sserulyo fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Emanuel Ahrens to the cage. Emanuel Ahrens swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. "The King of the Ring" connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Emanuel attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. "The King of the Ring" fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Galabba Sserulyo quickly takes his back. Sserulyo tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Galabba Sserulyo begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Emanuel Ahrens rolls to being mounted instead. The bell signals the end of round 5.
