Round 1 Frye blocks a strong high kick from Duke Miller and counters with a devastating left hook. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Miller drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Cody sets a guillotine choke but Miller slips out at the last moment. Miller is now caught in guard. Frye attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Cody Frye lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Miller circling away. Cody Frye lands a devastating overhand right on "Miller Time". A running flurry from Miller is countered by a well-timed shovel punch from Cody. Cody follows up with a powerful kick to the midsection. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Cody Frye eats a strong cross as Duke Miller moves into the clinch. Miller places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Duke Miller takes the back of Cody who works for a kimura. Duke Miller pulls his arm out of the hold and push Cody away. Cody hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Cody lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Duke. A welt begins to form under Millers eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Frye.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Miller dodges a jab and clinches with Cody, delivering a knee as he does so. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Duke Miller opens up on Cody with frequent peppering strikes. "Miller Time" circles Cody, landing jabs and crosses at will. Duke connects with a teep to the face of Cody Frye. A welt begins to form under Codys eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Duke Miller. Miller connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Cody Frye takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Cody Frye throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Duke. Cody Frye and Duke Miller begin to trade strike after strike. Duke Miller lands a cross, Codys connects with an uppercut. Both fighters are swinging away. Duke Miller suddenly connects with an uppercut that puts Cody Frye to sleep.
