Round 1 Son Hong hits an uppercut to the head of Aldrich Firmin followed by a hard hook. Aldrich fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Son Hong quickly takes his back. Aldrich carefully protects himself from "Ofs" strikes. Aldrich Firmin is able to make it back to the standing position. "Of" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Firmin lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Son Hong. Firmin lands multiple inside leg kicks that have "Of" circling away. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Aldrich throws a teep backing Son off. Aldrich snaps back the head of "Of" with a stiff jab. Son Hong connects with jab cross combination. Son connects with a strong body shot combo. Hong throws a hard jab but Aldrich Firmin throws a cross right over the top rocking Hong. Son clinches with Firmin and lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Firmin for a trip takedown, landing Son is half guard.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Aldrich connects with a hard punch making Son Hong bring him in to a tight clinch. "Of" works to Aldrich Firmins back while standing. "Of" throws a couple of outside shots until Aldrich is able to work his way back to the clinch. Son Hong escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Firmin hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of "Of". Firmin throws a hard jab but Son throws a cross right over the top rocking Firmin. Hong keeps Firmin at a distance with some well timed jabs. Son Hong connects with a right that puts Aldrich Firmin off balance tumbling to the mat, as Son Hong towers over him. "Of" throws a short kick to the downed Firmin. Firmin takes the chance to rise back to his feet. The bell signals the end of round 3.
Round 4 Aldrich Firmin lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Aldrich Firmin dodges a jab and lands a kick to the face of "Of". "Of" catches a kick from Aldrich Firmin and drops down for a leg lock. Aldrich Firmin attempts to spin out of it but the lock is still tight. "Of" moves to a kneebar. Aldrich Firmin fight through the pain and get to side control.Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Aldrich Firmin winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. A trip to the ground allows Hong to move into the guard of Aldrich Firmin. Hong takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Aldrichs guard. It doesn't pay off as Aldrich makes his way to standing. Firmin throws a cross that easily dodged by "Of". "Of" presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Aldrich, aggressively pulling guard. "Of" shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Son Hong sinks a kimura fromt he bottom but cannot finish. He rolls Firmin over to gain mount but Firmin is able to achieve half guard with a great scramble. Son Hong releases the kimura. Son Hong slips out of half guard and into side control. Round 5 is over.
