Round 1 Pete catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Vincent Stevens. "Dirty" stands over Stevens, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Stevens is able to grab an arm and pull "Dirty" into his guard. "Dirty" attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Vincent slips out of it at the last moment. Pete Miller drops a few strong punches, opening up Vincents guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Pete Miller punishes Stevens with a series of strikes from the mount. Stevens gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Giving up his back, Vincent panics and gives up mount instead. Vincent Stevens pulls his leg out from under Pete Miller and gets back to half guard. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Both fighters begin to exchange Pete catches Vincent Stevens with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Vincent Stevens gather himself. Vincent Stevens says he is ok and the fight continues. Pete Miller connects with numerous jabs to the face of Vincent Stevens. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Pete Miller escapes the clinch and creates some distance. A sloppy scooping ankle block is pulled of by "Dirty". Stevens is able to pull him into his guard. Pete Miller sits up in Vincent Stevenss open guard and spins to an leg lock. Vincent Stevens is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Pete Miller narrowly dodges a cross from Stevens, but falls catching him in his guard. Pete sets in an omaplata, forcing Stevens to roll through, giving Pete side control. Pete Miller lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Miller slides his knee across the body of Vincent and takes full mount. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 "Dirty" dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Vincent connects with a strong body shot combo. Pete Miller tries to hyperextend the knee of Vincent with a kick to the kneecap. Vincent hops back to avoid it. Pete hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Vincent Stevens. Pete is staggered by a jab to the chin. A welt begins to form under Vincents eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Pete Miller. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 A single-leg attempt is well defended by Stevens. Pete Miller stands up, lifting the leg of Stevens and executing a trip takedown. Pete drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. "Dirty" takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Vincent Stevenss guard. It doesn't pay off as Vincent Stevens makes his way to standing. A wild hook from Stevens is ducked by Miller who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Stevens throws a few jabs at "Dirty" that miss the mark. Stevens takes a punch and goes to the mat, Pete Miller pounces into side control. Stevens recovers quickly. Pete Miller attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Vincent for his troubles. Stevens sneaks a leg back under the body of "Dirty" to achieve a defensive half guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 5 The fighters circle each other. "Dirty" connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Stevens. Pete Miller keeps Vincent at a distance with some well timed jabs. "Dirty" connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Stevens. Vincent is staggered by a jab to the chin. Vincent swaying back and forth with Balanco plants front foot while throwing hands and head to the ground like a cartwheel while flipping into an axe kick to the midsection of Miller.Round 5 comes to a close.
