Round 1 Cody Frye parries Beneditos jab and lands a liver shot. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cody works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Benedito works Cody into the cage from the clinch. Benedito presses his head under Fryes chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Frye takes the back of Golias who works for a kimura. Benedito connects with a series of punches forcing Cody into a clinch. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Golias blocks a cross, liver shot combo but is pushed backward. Frye tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keep him at bay. Cody Frye sprawls a takedown attempt from Benedito Golias. Benedito Golias eats several punches on the way back to his feet. "Goliath" lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. "Goliath" throws a push kick. Cody shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Benedito Goliass nose.
Golias starts to put on the pressure, forcing Frye back into the cage. Golias takes advantage and clinches. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Frye hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Benedito Golias slips a cross from Cody Frye and lands an uppercut to the liver. Cody Frye lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Benedito Golias. Cody Frye attempts to clinch, but Golias connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Cody lands a lunging, looping hook to Goliass temple.Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 Cody blocks a cross, liver shot combo but is pushed backward. Benedito tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keep him at bay. Benedito pushes away from Frye and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Benedito does a good job to circle away from Cody Frye but becomes too predictable and Cody Frye lands a switch kick to Benedito Goliass ribs. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Benedito Golias misses with an axe kick that has Frye back up. Golias hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Cody. Benedito Golias is hit with a hook and shovel punch stumbles backward. Frye explodes forward with at superman punch that drops Benedito Golias to the canvas.
