Round 1
Aldrich connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Greg Cook hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Firmin throws a hard jab but Cook throws a cross right over the top rocking Firmin. Greg attempts a takedown, but Aldrich Firmin clumsily falls down without much provocation. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Cook takes Aldrich down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Aldrich. Greg drops a huge strike to Aldrichs chin, landing into his guard. Aldrich begins to posture on his side. Greg lands a couple of outside hooks and Aldrich returns to the guard. Greg distracts Aldrich Firmin with peppering shots. Greg then isolates a leg and sinks a achilles lock. Aldrich Firmin is able to force his way out but gives up mount in the ensuing scramble. Aldrich Firmin shifts his head and hips to keep Greg Cook off balance and unable to land strikes. Firmin gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Greg begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Aldrich Firmin rolls to being mounted instead. Firmin bucks off "Contortrix" and sweeps him over to his back getting into his half guard.Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Cook narrowly dodges a cross from Aldrich, but falls catching him in his guard. "Contortrix" begins to posture on his side. Aldrich lands a couple of outside hooks and "Contortrix" returns to the guard. Aldrich begins to throw strikes from in guard. "Contortrix" times a kimura attempt perfectly and sinks the hold. Aldrich tries to land head and body shots but the pain is too much and he finally taps.
