Round 1
"BeastMode" connects with a hard punch making Saad Nejem bring him in to a tight clinch. "BeastMode" works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "The Saad Saad Man" grabs the plum and lands several knees to the legs Turcotte. Saad Nejem presses forward and grazes Eugene Turcotte with a combo. Eugene Turcotte wants none of the stand up and clinches with Saad Nejem to then savagely throw him down to the ground. Turcotte drops a huge strike to Nejems chin, landing into his guard. Eugene takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in "The Saad Saad Mans" guard. It doesn't pay off as "The Saad Saad Man" makes his way to standing. A double-leg shot is stuffed initially by Nejem, but Turcotte is able to muscle through for a takedown. Saad Nejem begins to posture on his side. Turcotte lands a couple of outside hooks and Saad Nejem returns to the guard. Turcotte eats a stiff punch to the face, and is then switched, giving Nejem full mount. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
"BeastMode" connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Saad Nejem. Nejem is hit with a jab and then taken down with a strong trip takedown. "The Saad Saad Man" keeps his head down in the chest of Turcotte to avoid any submission attempts. "The Saad Saad Man" leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Saad works for a triangle but Eugene throws "The Saad Saad Mans" straight leg over his head and makes it to half guard. Eugene attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as Nejem gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. Eugene Turcotte slips out of half guard and into side control. "BeastMode" drops some good elbows to the face of Saad forcing him to give up his back. Saad Nejem starts to wiggle out of back control, Eugene Turcotte lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "The Saad Saad Man" connects with a hard punch and dives in mounting Eugene. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
"BeastMode" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Eugene Turcotte connects with a hard jab as Saad attempts a wide outside hook. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Saad Nejem grabs the plum and lands several knees to the legs Eugene. Eugene throws a hard jab but "The Saad Saad Man" throws a cross right over the top that knocks Eugene to the ground. Saad stands over Eugene Turcotte, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Eugene Turcotte is able to grab an arm and pull Saad into his guard. "BeastMode" starts to create some distance with his legs, Nejem capitalizes by passing to side control. Eugene takes a few knees to the body while under Saad Nejems side control. Turcotte gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 3 is finished.

Round 4
"The Saad Saad Man" lands a double jab. "The Saad Saad Man" fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Eugene. "BeastMode" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Nejem grabs the plum and pulls Turcottes face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Nejem lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Eugene Turcotte attempts a striking combination, but Saad forces the clinch. Nejem throws a short elbow at Eugene Turcotte. "The Saad Saad Man" grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that puts Eugene Turcotte on the floor. Nejem stands over Eugene, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Eugene cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Round 5
Turcotte hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Turcottes legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Saad connects with a hard punch making Turcotte bring him in to a tight clinch. Saad Nejem breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. "The Saad Saad Man" connects with a right that puts Eugene Turcotte off balance tumbling to the mat, as "The Saad Saad Man" towers over him. Saad Nejem lays into Eugene Turcottes thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Eugene Turcotte does so. Round 5 is finished.
