Round 1 Vico Padilla hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Vico works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Padilla works to Cherrys back while standing. Padilla throws a couple of outside shots until Duane is able to work his way back to the clinch. Duane Cherry takes the back of Vico Padilla who works for a kimura. Duane Cherry pulls his arm out of the hold and push Vico Padilla away. Duane parries Vico Padillas jab and connect with a cross. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Cherry showing off with a Macaco em Pe back flip into the ginga dance. "Evil Tok Striker" connects with a hard punch making Vico bring him in to a tight clinch. "Evil Tok Striker" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Duane Cherry takes Vico Padillas back standing. Padilla isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Duane Cherry lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Padilla to release. Vico Padilla hits an uppercut to the head of Duane followed by a hard hook. Vico throws a hard jab but "Evil Tok Striker" throws a cross right over the top that knocks Vico to the ground. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Vico shoots a takedown from a distance putting Duane on the ground. While in his opponents guard Vico powers himself and Duane up in the air and slams him down to the canvas. Vico takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Duane Cherrys guard. It doesn't pay off as Duane makes his way to standing. Cherry swaying back and forth with Balanco spins and throws up a hooking Gancho kick to the head of "El Ladron" backing him away. "El Ladron" hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Vico Padilla wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of "Evil Tok Striker". Vico Padilla throws his knee into the ribs of Duane Cherry. "Evil Tok Striker" almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Vico Padilla fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing "Evil Tok Striker" to the cage. "Evil Tok Striker" swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. "Evil Tok Striker" attempts to transition to the butterfly guard but Vico Padilla is too quick and takes half guard. "El Ladron" is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Duane attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Cherry gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Cherry tries to stand up but "El Ladron" plants him back down with several strikes. Vico Padilla works his arm around the neck of Duane attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Duane hand fights well. Duane spins through into the guard of Vico Padilla. Round 4 is finished.
Round 5 "El Ladron" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Duane Cherry is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. "Evil Tok Striker" just misses with a head kick, grazing Vicos skull. "El Ladron" ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Duane Cherry to the mat, and his back. Vico slides to the side and spanks the butt of "Evil Tok Striker" in a sign of disrespect. The crowd laughs uncontrollably. Cherry starts to wiggle out of back control, Vico lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Vico dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. "El Ladron" rushes in grabbing an overhook. He then shoots his opposite arm beneath the overhook, falls back and tumbles, cartwheeling Duane Cherry through the air with a beautiful japanese whizzer and takes side control. Round 5 is finished.
