Round 1 Curt connects with a hard punch and dives in mounting Dick Mac Niadh. "Big" bucks off Curt Morgan and sweeps him over taking side control. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 A trip to the ground allows Curt Morgan to move into the guard of "Big". Morgan sits up and fakes a double axehandle to the face, instead striking the body. Dick Mac Niadh pulls Morgan close while he regains his breath. Dick Mac Niadh backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Curt shoots in for a takedown but the attempt is stuffed by Dick Mac Niadh. Curt sneaks a foot behind Dick Mac Niadhs leg and takes him to the mat, landing in side control. Morgan drops some hammer fists on Dick Mac Niadh. Morgan slides his knee across the body of "Big" and takes full mount. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Mac Niadh throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Curt Morgan is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Dick Mac Niadh opens up on "Honorary American" with frequent peppering strikes. Curt Morgan is dizzied on his feet from a furious punching sequence from "Big". "Big" throws a few jabs at "Honorary American" that miss the mark. Morgan tries to hyperextend the knee of Dick with a kick to the kneecap. Dick hops back to avoid it. "Honorary American" ducks and weaves through a quick combo from "Big" and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Dick Mac Niadh connects with a strong right hook. Mac Niadh is staggered by a jab to the chin. Dick Mac Niadh snaps back the head of Curt Morgan with a stiff jab. Dick Mac Niadh connects with numerous jabs to the face of Curt. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 Morgan starts to put on the pressure, forcing Dick Mac Niadh back into the cage. Morgan takes advantage and clinches. Curt continues to maintain the clinch, creating space often for strong elbows. Morgan takes the back of Mac Niadh who works for a kimura. Morgan pulls his arm out of the hold and push Mac Niadh away. A jab from Morgan is blocked and a cross is returned by Mac Niadh. Mac Niadh eats a strong cross as "Honorary American" moves into the clinch. "Honorary American" grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that cuts Mac Niadh under the eye. Morgan lands a powerful knee to the face of Mac Niadh. "Honorary American" lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Dick Mac Niadh for a trip takedown. Dick Mac Niadh is able to pull a switch mid-trip and lands in Curts half guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 5 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Morgan lands some solid knees to the legs of Dick Mac Niadh from the clinch. "Big" attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Morgan pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Curt Morgan hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Curt Morgan is thrown for a tizzy by the sheer volume of punches that "Big" is throwing his direction. Dick connects with a hard straight to the body. "Honorary American" drops to a knee in pain giving Dick the opportunity to finish him off with strikes.
