Round 1
The fighters circle each other. Ken Bell connects with a hard punch making Franklin bring him in to a tight clinch. "Frothy" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Ken Bell sets a guillotine choke but "Frothy" slips out at the last moment. "Frothy" is now caught in guard. Bell attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Bell connects with a teep to the face of Fritz Franklin. Ken connects with a strong right hook. "Frothy" is staggered by a jab to the chin. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Bell narrowly dodges a cross from Fritz Franklin, but falls catching him in his guard. Fritz Franklin frees a leg and moves into half guard. Ken defends short shots well by turning his head. Fritz Franklin attempts to get a leg free to pass but Ken has it locked down too well. "Frothy" presses his foot onto the thigh of Ken Bell to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. Ken Bell almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Franklin switches his posture a bit, and sets in an arm triangle choke. Ken Bell turns purple then taps out.
