Round 4 Seong Yeon Cheon lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Shane Evans. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A full foot sweep knocks Seong Yeon to the ground. Evans kicks at the legs of Cheon and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Cheon to stand. Shane is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Cheon tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from Shane that puts him on the floor. Shane chucks Seong Yeon Cheons legs to a side to attempt a soccer kick but misses and he elects to sprawl into side control. Seong Yeon is wisely defending a kimura. "Sugar" attempts to take it but Seong Yeon is having none of it, though "Sugar" has used the chance the slide into mount.Round 4 comes to a close.

Shane hits an upward elbow on Seong Yeon Cheon, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Seong Yeon Cheon takes side control. Seong Yeon slides his knee across the body of Shane Evans and takes full mount. Round 5 is over.
