Round 1 Vincent tries to hyperextend the knee of Yuichi with a kick to the kneecap. Yuichi hops back to avoid it. Vincent Stevens connects with numerous jabs to the face of "Niinja". "Niinja" moves in to press the action, but Stevens lands a heavy back kick. Vincent Stevens is staggered by a jab to the chin.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Vincent lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Vincent connects with a hard punch making Niijima bring him in to a tight clinch. Vincent Stevens works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Stevens works to Niijimas back while standing. Stevens throws a couple of outside shots until Yuichi is able to work his way back to the clinch. Vincent Stevens escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "Niinja" throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Vincent. Vincent Stevens hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Niijima. "Niinja" parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. "Niinja" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 "Niinja" lowers his hands to block a body kick, but Vincent switches to a high kick and rattles the jaw of "Niinja".
Niijima narrowly dodges a cross from Stevens, but falls catching him in his guard. Stevens keeps his head down in the chest of Yuichi Niijima to avoid any submission attempts. Stevens leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Yuichi sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. Yuichi Niijima maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Stevens fights his leg through and gets back to half guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Yuichi connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Vincent. Vincent Stevens connects with a hard punch making "Niinja" bring him in to a tight clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. "Niinja" receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Stevens. Vincent takes the back of Yuichi who works for a kimura. Vincent pulls his arm out of the hold and push Yuichi away. A lazy leg kick from Yuichi is caught by Vincent Stevens who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Yuichi. Round 4 is over.
Round 5 Vincent swaying back and forth with Balanco stops and throws a reverse head kick decoy followed by a Martelo em Pe to the head with the opposite leg rocking Yuichi Niijima and backing him up. "Niinja" connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Vincent. Vincent swaying back and forth with Balanco plants front foot while throwing hands and head to the ground like a cartwheel sending the back foot up and over connecting to the head of Yuichi Niijima. Stevens connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of "Niinja". The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
