Round 1 Lorenzo throws a hard jab but Floyd throws a cross right over the top rocking Lorenzo. Rob Floyd parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Rob Floyd keeps Lorenzo at a distance with some well timed jabs. Traversi lands a double jab. Rob circles Lorenzo, landing jabs at will. Floyd is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Lorenzo. Lorenzo Traversi is staggered by a jab to the chin. Floyd throws a hard jab but Traversi throws a cross right over the top rocking Floyd. Floyd traps Lorenzo in the cage, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. Traversi shoots in on Floyd who sprawls well and lands multiple outside strikes. Traversi gives up on the shot and rolls to his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Rob Floyd works to Traversis back while standing. Rob Floyd throws a couple of outside shots until Lorenzo is able to work his way back to the clinch. Rob takes Traversis back standing. Traversi isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Rob lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Traversi to release. The fighters circle each other. Floyd throws a cross that easily dodged by Traversi. Traversi is sent backwards from a series of punches from Floyd. Lorenzo catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Rob Floyd. Lorenzo Traversi hovers over Rob pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Lorenzo Traversi throws the leg aside and takes side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 A welt begins to form under Robs eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Lorenzo Traversi. Floyd connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Lorenzo hunts down his opponent and throws 2 heavy haymakers that get nothing but air. Rob Floyd parries a jab but is caught by a sweeping leg kick that sends him to the floor. Traversi grabs a foot and kicks at Robs thighs. He then backs off and Floyd stands back up. Traversi connects with a right that puts Rob off balance tumbling to the mat, as Traversi towers over him. A solid kick bruises the leg of Rob Floyd. Lorenzo grabs a foot and kicks at Rob Floyds thighs. He then backs off and Floyd stands back up. Rob Floyd throws a hard jab but Lorenzo throws a cross right over the top rocking Rob Floyd. Traversi circles Floyd, mixing jabs and leg kicks. The bell signals the end of round 3.
Round 4 Floyd attempts to press in on Lorenzo Traversi but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Floyd grabs for a clinch but Traversi grazes him with an uppercut. Floyd staggers back, then surprises Traversi with a powerful superman punch. Traversi tries to hyperextend the knee of Floyd with a kick to the kneecap. Floyd hops back to avoid it. Lorenzo connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Rob. Round 4 is over.
Round 5 Traversi strikes with a straight front kick. Lorenzo connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Lorenzo Traversi throws a hard jab but Rob throws a cross right over the top rocking Lorenzo Traversi. Lorenzo connects with jab cross combination. Rob Floyd counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Floyd winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Round 5 comes to a close.
