Round 1 Jay Lee fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Adrian. Jay places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Jay takes Adrians back standing. Austin isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Jay lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Austin to release. A lazy leg kick from Adrian is caught by Jay Lee who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Adrian. Jay Lee stands over Adrian, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Adrian is able to grab an arm and pull Jay Lee into his guard. Jay takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Adrians guard. It doesn't pay off as Austin makes his way to standing. Adrian Austin is hit with a jab and then taken down with a strong trip takedown. Lee drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Adrian Austin is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Austin lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Lee. Adrian takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. The fighters circle each other. Austin blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. "Lightning" tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. "Lightning" parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Lee attempts a takedown but slips, and Adrian Austin backs away. Adrian Austin is standing over Lee. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Adrian throws a cross that easily dodged by Lee. Lee parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Austin follows with a falling punch into Jays guard. Lee goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Adrian slips out at the last second. Jay sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. Jay secures his position. Jay Lee swings his leg over locking in a textbook armbar. Adrian Austin taps out.
