Round 1 A welt begins to form under Alan Lewiss eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Evans. Lewis is staggered by a jab to the chin. Alan Lewis ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Gabe to the mat, and his back. Alan tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Gabe starts to wiggle out of back control, "The Bad Boy" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. A welt begins to form under Gabe Evanss eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Alan Lewis. Evans fakes an overhand and is able to take down "The Bad Boy" with a double ankle pick. Alan shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Alan Lewis attempts to lock in an armbar from the guard. Gabe Evans narrowly avoids it, but allows for Alan Lewis to take mount. Lewis maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Alan Lewis secures his position. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Alan Lewis is hit with two hard punches to his face. Alan Lewis laughs off the punches. A welt begins to form under Gabes eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Alan Lewis. Alan Lewis gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Giving up his back, Alan panics and gives up mount instead. "The Bad Boy" attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Alan gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 Alan Lewis fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Gabe. Evans receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Alan Lewis takes the back of Evans who works for a kimura. Alan Lewis pulls his arm out of the hold and push Evans away. Evans throws a push kick. "The Bad Boy" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Evanss nose.
Evans takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Gabe throws a cross that easily dodged by Lewis. Alan takes down Evans, but remains standing over him. Lewis stands over Gabe, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Gabe is able to grab an arm and pull Lewis into his guard. Round 4 is over.
Round 5 Lewis fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Gabe Evans. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Evans receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Round 5 comes to a close.
