Round 1 "Bubbles" fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Cameron to the cage. Cameron swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. A kimura attempt is defended well by "Bubbles" and he is able to sneak his leg through Cameron Rosss loose guard, to half guard. James is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Cameron Ross attempts to buck "Bubbles" off from mount but "Bubbles" keeps his base and maintains position. Cameron Ross gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Cameron Ross tries to explode out the backdoor but "Bubbles" sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Cameron Ross falls flat to protect himself. Cameron tries to stand up but James plants him back down with several strikes. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 "Bubbles" shoots in for a takedown but the attempt is stuffed by Cameron. "Bubbles" sneaks a foot behind Rosss leg and takes him to the mat, landing in side control. Ross is wisely defending a kimura. James Jodoin attempts to take it but Ross is having none of it, though James Jodoin has used the chance the slide into mount. "Bubbles" throws some outside strikes at Cameron Ross. "Leprechaun" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Bubbles" peppers Cameron Ross with several shots to the face. James Jodoin begins to look for a rear naked choke, but "Leprechaun" rolls to being mounted instead. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 James fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Cameron Ross. "Leprechaun" lands some solid knees to the legs of James from the clinch. Ross attempts a takedown from the clinch, but James Jodoin pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. James takes "Leprechaun" down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over "Leprechaun". Jodoin drops a huge strike to Cameron Rosss chin, landing into his guard. "Bubbles" takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Cameron Rosss guard. It doesn't pay off as "Leprechaun" makes his way to standing. "Leprechaun" narrowly dodges a cross from James, but falls catching him in his guard. "Leprechaun" is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Jodoin. Cameron fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of James.Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 James throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. "Leprechaun" is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. A welt begins to form under Camerons eye after a strong cross-hook landed from James Jodoin. Ross throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from James puts Ross on the mat giving his back up. "Leprechaun" carefully protects himself from Jamess strikes. Cameron starts to wiggle out of back control, Jodoin lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "Bubbles" connects with a strong right hook. Cameron Ross connects with a strong body shot combo. The round comes to an end.
Round 5 Ross lands a double jab. James narrowly dodges a cross from "Leprechaun", but falls catching him in his guard. "Bubbles" begins to posture on his side. Cameron lands a couple of outside hooks and "Bubbles" returns to the guard. "Bubbles" gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Cameron Ross slams his knee into "Bubbless" ribs. Jodoin hits an upward elbow on Ross, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Ross takes side control. "Bubbles" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "Bubbles" is able to make it back to the standing position. James Jodoin is hit with a jab and taken down with a strong trip takedown. Cameron Ross is able to push to half guard. Round 5 is over.
