Round 1
Mark Whelan attempts a striking combination, but "Dont be Afraid Fight" forces the clinch. Whelan receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Mark Whelan grabs the plum and pulls Jads face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Mark Whelan releases the hold and lands an uppercut. Jad throws a few jabs at "The Real Deal" that miss the mark. Jad slips a cross from Mark and lands an uppercut to the liver. Mark throws a few jabs at "Dont be Afraid Fight" that miss the mark. Belfort connects with a right that puts Mark Whelan off balance tumbling to the mat, as Belfort towers over him. Jad kicks at the legs of "The Real Deal" and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells "The Real Deal" to stand. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Jad Belfort throws a few jabs at Mark that miss the mark. "Dont be Afraid Fight" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Jad Belfort carefully protects himself from Whelans strikes. Jad Belfort slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Mark weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Jad Belfort circles Mark, landing jabs and crosses at will. Mark takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
"The Real Deal" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Mark lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Belfort. Mark throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Belfort is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. "The Real Deal" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 4
A wild hook from Belfort is ducked by Mark Whelan who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. "The Real Deal" sends Belfort to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Belfort connects with several chop shots from the bottom. Jad gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. "The Real Deal" drops an elbow onto the forehead of Belfort. "Dont be Afraid Fight" hits an upward elbow on "The Real Deal", and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though "The Real Deal" takes side control. Belfort gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Jad Belfort is able to make it back to the standing position. The fighters circle each other. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 5
Jad Belfort connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Whelan who falls to the ground. Jad Belfort waves him back to his feet. "The Real Deal" sends Belfort to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. "The Real Deal" dodges a few strikes from Jad Belfort and cuts him open with a couple of powerful elbows. Mark defends a triangle attempt, throwing Jad Belforts straight leg over his head and makes a move for side control. Jad Belfort is able to hold him to half guard. Mark opens a cut over the eye of Jad. The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Mark Whelan slips out of half guard and into side control. Jad Belfort gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Jad starts to wiggle out of back control, Mark Whelan lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Whelan parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Jad follows with a falling punch into Mark Whelans guard. Round 5 is over.
