Round 1 Joel Linna connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Hawk Ryan throws a cross that easily dodged by Linna. Joel connects with a right that puts Ryan off balance tumbling to the mat, as Joel towers over him. Joel Linna lays into Ryans thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Hawk does so. Ryan attempts a takedown but slips, and Joel backs away. Joel is standing over Ryan. A solid kick bruises the leg of Ryan. Joel hovers over Ryan pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Joel waves for Ryan to stand up. Hawks legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Joel lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 A welt begins to form under Linnas eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Hawk. Both fighters begin to exchange Hawk catches Joel with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Joel gather himself. Joel says he is ok and the fight continues. Joel hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Ryan. After dodging a jab, Hawk lands a kick to the ribs of Joel who winces in pain. Joel Linna connects with a jab cross combination. Linna takes a punch to the jaw. He drops his hands and asks Hawk to hit him harder. Ryan connects with numerous jabs to the face of Linna. Hawk Ryan throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Linna. Hawk strikes with a straight front kick. Linna is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Ryan prepares to pounce, but Linna gets his bearings just in time. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Hawk lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Joel lands a hook to the body. Joel eats a stiff kick to the face. Joel Linna connects with a jab cross combination. Linna connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Joel takes Hawk Ryans back standing. Hawk isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Joel lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Hawk to release. The fighters circle each other. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Linna blocks a left high kick from Ryan, but is still staggered by it. Ryan follows up with a strong right hook, putting Linna out cold.
