Brett Jenkins drops a few strong punches, opening up Jason Spencers guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Spencer attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Spencer gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "The Future" lands a series of heavy punches forcing Spencer to roll to his back, giving "The Future" mount. Round 4 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Spencer works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Jason attempts to pull guard, but slips, putting him on the ground, and with Brett Jenkins standing over him. Brett Jenkins attempts to drop a fist on Jason Spencer, but misses and lands in his guard. Jason Spencer begins to work the rubber guard. Brett tries to pass guard but Spencer stops him with a well timed punch. Jason Spencer shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Jason sinks a deep kimura, but Brett Jenkins slides out. This gives Jason the chance to switch to half guard. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 A double-leg shot is stuffed initially by Jason Spencer, but "The Future" is able to muscle through for a takedown. Brett drops a few strong punches, opening up Spencers guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Jason gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Spencer starts to wiggle out of back control, Brett Jenkins lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Jenkins fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Jason to a corner. Jason swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Brett drops a few strong punches, opening up Spencers guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Jason Spencer gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Brett Jenkins tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it.
