Round 1 Blais fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Lewis. Greg Blais gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Rocky attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Blais pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Rocky parries Greg Blaiss jab and connect with a cross. Lewis parries Greg Blaiss jab and connect with a cross. Greg is staggered by a jab to the chin. Rocky connects with a right that puts Greg off balance tumbling to the mat, as Rocky towers over him. Rocky Lewis drops a huge strike to Greg Blaiss chin, landing into his guard. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Lewis parries Blaiss jab and connect with a cross. Rocky Lewis stuffs a shot from Greg and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Blais is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Rocky Lewis. Greg gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Rocky opens a cut over the eye of Greg Blais. The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Two quick punches opens up Greg for a takedown. Lewis pushes in and executes a forward foot sweep that puts Greg on his back. Lewis falls into side control. Rocky slides his knee across the body of Blais and takes full mount. Lewis throws some outside strikes at Greg Blais. Greg gets pummeled by the fists of Lewis. Greg gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Greg carefully protects himself from Rocky Lewiss strikes. Rocky lands a series of heavy punches forcing Blais to roll to his back, giving Rocky mount. The bell signals the end of round 3.
