Round 1 Popham eats a jab,jab, then a hook from "DBA". A single-leg attempt is well defended by Gage. "DBA" stands up, lifting the leg of Gage and executing a trip takedown. "DBA" drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. A kimura attempt is defended well by Delgado and he is able to sneak his leg through Gages loose guard, to half guard. Chava tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Gage tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Gage tries to scramble out of half guard, but Chava Delgado takes his back during it. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 "DBA" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Chava Delgado narrowly dodges a cross from "The Mighty Thor", but falls catching him in his guard. "DBA" begins to work the rubber guard. Chava tries to slide out of guard, but a scramble ensues. Gage Popham ends up mounted by Chava. Gage Popham attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Gage Popham attempts to escape mount but has no luck. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Gage Popham circles Chava, landing jabs at will. Gage narrowly dodges a cross from Delgado, but falls catching him in his guard. While caught in "The Mighty Thors" guard, Delgado gets hit with a vicious elbow. Chava Delgado presses the action while in the guard, but Gage Popham is able to switch him into mount. Chava Delgado shifts his head and hips to keep Popham off balance and unable to land strikes. Chava pulls "The Mighty Thor" close to avoid a flurry of strikes.Round 3 comes to a close.
