Round 1 Colt Henderson parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Colt works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Colt attempts to grab the plum but is kept off balance by Stevensons strikes. "45" recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Colt is staggered by a jab to the chin. Stevenson snaps back the head of Colt with a stiff jab. Stevenson loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Colt for the mistake. Colt has side control. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Colt lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. Colt Henderson fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Charlie Stevenson to a corner. Charlie Stevenson swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Stevenson attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Stevenson grabs for a clinch but Colt Henderson grazes him with an uppercut. Stevenson staggers back, then surprises Colt Henderson with a powerful superman punch. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "45" grabs the plum and tosses Charlie to the ground. Colt Henderson lays into Charlie Stevenson with some stomps. Charlie Stevenson can't handle it as the ref stops the fight.
