Round 1
Wes connects with numerous jabs to the face of John. Jacobs narrowly dodges a cross from Wes Hall, but falls catching him in his guard. John Jacobs is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Hall presses the action while in the guard, but John Jacobs is able to switch him into mount. Wes Hall pulls John close to avoid a flurry of strikes. John maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
John Jacobs is staggered by a jab to the chin. Wes Hall connects with a right that puts "Tweeter " off balance tumbling to the mat, as Wes Hall towers over him. Wes cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings Jacobs back to his feet. "Tweeter " attempts a takedown but slips, and Hall backs away. Hall is standing over "Tweeter ". Wes Hall attempts to drop a fist on "Tweeter ", but misses and lands in his guard. John connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Hall attempts a huge overhand right but "Tweeter " bucks back and switches Hall into mount. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Wes Hall dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. A double-leg shot is stuffed initially by "Tweeter ", but Wes is able to muscle through for a takedown. Wes attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. "Tweeter " slips out of it at the last moment. Wes Hall pushes down "Tweeter s" leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Hall attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as John Jacobs gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. Wes presses his foot onto the thigh of John to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. John gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Jacobs starts to wiggle out of back control, Wes Hall lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Wes throws a few jabs at "Tweeter " that miss the mark. Round 3 is finished.
