Round 1 Gerard shoots in for a double leg, hoists Maurice Bonner up, and slams him viciously to the mat, taking side control. Gerard slides his knee across the body of Maurice Bonner and takes full mount. "Turbo" lands a good elbow as Gerard lowers his torso. Bonner gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Little peppers Maurice Bonner with several shots to the face. Maurice Bonner tries to stand up but Little plants him back down with several strikes. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 A welt begins to form under Gerard Littles eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Maurice. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Little receieves numerous knees to the thighs from "Turbo". Gerard Little works to Bonners back while standing. Gerard Little throws a couple of outside shots until Bonner is able to work his way back to the clinch. Bonner attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Gerard pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Maurice Bonner is staggered by a jab to the chin. The fighters circle each other. Gerard throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Maurice Bonner is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 "The Boston Strangler" stuffs a shot from Bonner and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Gerard drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Little takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Bonners guard. It doesn't pay off as Maurice makes his way to standing. Gerard parries "Turbos" jab and connect with a cross. Gerard Little parries Maurices jab and connect with a cross. "Turbo" takes a punch and goes to the mat, "The Boston Strangler" pounces into side control. "Turbo" recovers quickly. Bonner almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Maurice gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Gerard spins around to take it, Maurice makes his way back to his feet.Round 3 comes to a close.
