Round 1 Jim lands a devastating overhand right on Cobb. Cobb connects with jab cross combination. Cobb circles Jim Haynes, landing jabs and crosses at will. Jim Haynes dodges a jab and throws a knee to the midsection of Cobb. Haynes circles away from Billy, landing strong kicks to the lead leg. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Billy fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Jim Haynes. Haynes attempts to grab the plum but is kept off balance by Cobbs strikes. Billy Cobb dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Haynes standing over him. Jim Haynes attempts to drop a fist on Billy, but misses and lands in his guard. Billy fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of Jim Haynes. Haynes tries to pass guard but Cobb stops him with a well timed punch. Billy Cobb locks a kimura and forces Jim Haynes to defend. Billy Cobb settles for a couple of cross-body chops to Jim Hayness temple. Billy attempts a few a shots from the guard, but gets mounted for his troubles. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Cobb connects with jab cross combination. Haynes locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Billy Cobb. Cobb drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. An attempt to pull a switch is blocked by Billy but both fighters end up on their side. Both fighters scramble to a stand up. Haynes rushes forward landing a quick succession of leg, body and head kicks sends Billy back into the cage dizzied. Jim Haynes lands a outside leg kick that causes Billy to back up. Cobb shoots in and executes a textbook single leg takedown, giving him side control. The bell signals the end of round 3.
Round 4 Jim Haynes winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Jim slips a cross from Billy and lands jab cross to the body. Billy circles Haynes, mixing jabs with body shots. Jim Haynes grabs for a clinch but Billy grazes him with an uppercut. Jim Haynes staggers back, then surprises Billy with a powerful superman punch. Cobb throws a cross that easily dodged by Jim. Billy hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Billy is cup open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor takes a look at the cut and determines the fight must be stopped.
