Round 1
Ken Goodman throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Jurevicius is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Jedi" works Simonas Jurevicius into the cage from the clinch. "Jedi" presses his head under Jureviciuss chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. "The Titan" stomps the feet of Ken Goodman. Simonas takes Kens back standing. Ken isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Simonas lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Ken to release. Goodman connects with jab cross combination. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Jurevicius lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by "Jedi". A running flurry from Ken is countered by a shovel punch to the jaw. Jurevicius then grabs the plum and throws Ken to the ground, immediately striking Kens thighs. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Simonas Jurevicius snaps back the head of Ken Goodman with a stiff jab. Simonas Jurevicius connects with a series of punches forcing Ken into a clinch. A full foot sweep knocks Ken to the ground. "The Titan" grabs a foot and kicks at Goodmans thighs. He then backs off and Ken stands back up. Goodman is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Simonas prepares to pounce, but Goodman gets his bearings just in time. Jurevicius chucks Kens legs to a side to attempt a soccer kick but misses and he elects to sprawl into side control. "The Titan" attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Ken Goodman for his troubles.Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Simonas Jurevicius stomps the feet of "Jedi". Ken Goodman takes "The Titans" back standing. "The Titan" isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Ken Goodman lands a sharp shovel punch that forces "The Titan" to release. "The Titan" circles Ken Goodman, landing jabs at will. Goodman throws a cross that easily dodged by Simonas Jurevicius. "The Titan" connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Ken. Ken is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Simonas Jurevicius prepares to pounce, but Ken gets his bearings just in time. Simonas lays into Goodman with some stomps. Goodman can't handle it as the ref stops the fight.
