Round 1 Jay throws a push kick. Jean shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Kims nose.
Jay lands a lunging, looping hook to Jeans temple. After dodging a jab-cross, "Kumite" lands a kick to the liver of Jean Cannon who steps back and begins to take a knee. "Kumite" rushes forward to capitalize but Jean Cannon stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Jay Kim lands a double jab. Jay slips a cross from Cannon and lands jab cross to the body. Cannon attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Jay takes advantage of the moment taking side control.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 "Kumite" connects with a hard punch making Jean bring him in to a tight clinch. Jay works to Cannons back while standing. Jay throws a couple of outside shots until Jean Cannon is able to work his way back to the clinch. Cannon takes the back of Jay who works for a kimura. Cannon pulls his arm out of the hold and push Jay away. Jean ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Jay Kim throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Jean is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Jay winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Jay Kim is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Jean drops a huge strike to Jay Kims chin, landing into his guard. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Jean attempts to press in on Jay but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Jay Kim lands a hook to the body. The fighters circle each other. "Kumite" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. "Kumite" connects with a strong right hook. The round comes to an end.
