Round 1 "8" parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Mick tries to hyperextend the knee of Gage with a kick to the kneecap. Gage hops back to avoid it. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Mick ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Gage Dunn to the mat, and his back. Lowe peppers shot to the head of Gage looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Gage is hand playing well. Gage Dunn eats a few stiff shots from Mick, and rolls giving mount to stop the ref from ending the fight.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Lowe ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Gage Dunn to the mat, and his back. "8" slides off to the side of Gage and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, "8" switches back to full back control. Gage Dunn starts to wiggle out of back control, Lowe lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Dunn loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Lowe for the mistake. Lowe has side control. Mick slides his knee across the body of Gage and takes full mount. Gage attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Gage attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Gage tries to stop a shot with a punch but Mick plows through Gage Dunns attempt and ends up in guard. Mick Lowe pushes down Dunns leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Gage Dunn tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. "8" slips out of half guard and into side control. "8" wraps the arm of Gage Dunn behind his back and traps it. "8" pounds away with shots to the face. Dunn sneaks a leg back under the body of "8" to achieve a defensive half guard. Gage tries to scramble out of half guard, but Mick Lowe takes his back during it. Lowe is working a furious pace on Gage Dunn, intermingling strikes with positional dominance at will. Mick Lowe works his arm around the neck of Dunn attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Dunn hand fights well. The round comes to an end.
