Round 1 Edwin Farmer throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Fernando Baglietto is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. A trip to the ground allows Baglietto to move into the guard of Farmer. Baglietto tries to pass guard but Edwin Farmer stops him with a well timed punch. Edwin sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. Fernando pulls Farmer close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Fernando pulls his leg out from under Edwin and gets back to half guard. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Edwin Farmer presses forward and grazes Fernando Baglietto with a combo. Fernando Baglietto wants none of the stand up and clinches with Edwin Farmer to then savagely throw him down to the ground. Fernando drops a huge strike to Edwin Farmers chin, landing into his guard. Edwin is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Fernando. Farmer attempts to create some space from his guard, but Baglietto sees the opening and passes to full mount. Farmer pulls Fernando close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Edwin Farmer gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Fernando begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Edwin Farmer rolls to being mounted instead. Edwin Farmer bucks off Fernando sweeping him to his back and slickly transitions to side control.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Fernando Baglietto is hit with a jab and then taken down with a strong trip takedown. Edwin distracts Baglietto with peppering shots. Edwin then isolates a leg and sinks a achilles lock. Baglietto is able to force his way out but gives up mount in the ensuing scramble. Fernando Baglietto gets pummeled by the fists of Edwin. Fernando Baglietto gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Baglietto slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Fernando Baglietto narrowly dodges a cross from Farmer, but falls catching him in his guard. Edwin distracts Baglietto with peppering shots. Edwin then isolates a leg and sinks a achilles lock. Baglietto is able to force his way out but gives up mount in the ensuing scramble. Baglietto gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Fernando carefully protects himself from Farmers strikes. With both hooks in and Baglietto face down Farmer peppers him with short shots to the head. Baglietto turns to defend while kicking a leg out to get to half guard. Round 3 comes to a close.
