Round 1 Carr connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. The fighters circle each other. Carr throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Shinko puts Carr on the mat giving his back up. Hikaru Shinko lays into William Carr with some strong shots forcing William Carr to give up mount position. Shinko secures his position. William Carr kicks off a leg and finds space off to the side and wraps around the body of Hikaru Shinko getting his back. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Shinko throws a cross that easily dodged by William. Shinko connects with a hard jab as William attempts a wide outside hook. William Carr ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Shinko to the mat, and his back. Shinko eats a few stiff shots from William Carr, and rolls giving mount to stop the ref from ending the fight. William secures his position. Carr grabs an arm and swings over for a tight armbar. Hikaru Shinko taps out.
