Round 1 Curley staggers Martin with a strong hook. Martin almost gives up his back while standing but turns the tables by utilizing a scoop throw to take side control. Martin attempts an armbar, but "Fandral" stops the attempt. Martin uses the oppurtunity to take mount. "Fandral" attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Martin telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Curley gives up his back to stop the attempt. Onikienko works his arm around the neck of "Fandral" attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but "Fandral" hand fights well. Round 2 Onikienko takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Martin Onikienko throws a few jabs at Curley Lambert that miss the mark. Lambert gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Martin begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Lambert rolls to being mounted instead. Lambert attempts to buck Onikienko off from mount but Onikienko keeps his base and maintains position. Martin secures his position. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Onikienko throws a solid knee to the jaw of Lambert. Curley Lambert takes Martin Onikienkos back standing, but Martin isolates an arm and locks a spinning kimura but Curley Lambert squirms out and both fighters end up standing. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Lambert attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Martin pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Onikienko hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
