Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Bow Down" receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Arnmundur. Baumann escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "Bow Down" connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. "Arn" ducks and weaves through a quick combo from "Bow Down" and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Arnmundur Heimirsson tries to hyperextend the knee of Yinon Baumann with a kick to the kneecap. Yinon Baumann hops back to avoid it. Yinon blocks a cross, liver shot combo but is pushed backward. "Arn" tries to press the action but is met with a jab, cross, uppercut that puts him to on the floor. Yinon Baumann stands over Arnmundur, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Arnmundur cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Arnmundur throws a push kick. Yinon Baumann shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into "Arns" nose.
Arnmundur Heimirsson attempts a striking combination, but Baumann forces the clinch. Heimirsson lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. "Arn" takes the back of Yinon Baumann who works for a kimura. "Arn" pulls his arm out of the hold and push Yinon Baumann away. Heimirsson lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. Yinon throws a cross that easily dodged by Heimirsson. "Bow Down" is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Arnmundur. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 The fighters circle each other. Arnmundur Heimirsson connects with a hard punch making "Bow Down" bring him in to a tight clinch. Yinon Baumann drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Heimirsson sets a guillotine choke but Yinon Baumann slips out at the last moment. Yinon Baumann is now caught in guard. "Arn" attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. "Bow Down" throws a push kick. "Arn" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Baumanns nose.
Heimirsson lands a devastating overhand right on Yinon. Arnmundur Heimirsson throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Yinon is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Round 3 is finished.
