Round 1 A trip to the ground allows Erasmus to move into the guard of Tadashi. Tadashi backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Tadashi Akimoto connects with numerous jabs to the face of Danny Erasmus. Erasmus eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Akimoto. Tadashi connects with a hard punch making Erasmus bring him in to a tight clinch. Akimoto escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Akimoto catches a leg kick from Danny Erasmus, and puts him on the mat. Akimoto takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Danny Erasmuss guard. It doesn't pay off as Danny makes his way to standing. "Promised Prince" presses forward, grabbing the plum and lands a strong hook, buckling Tadashi to the mat. "Promised Prince" follows him into the guard. Akimoto powers out sweeping "Promised Prince" with pure strength. Akimoto is now in side control. Akimoto attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from "Promised Prince" for his troubles. Tadashi attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Danny for his troubles.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 A single-leg attempt is well defended by "Promised Prince". Akimoto stands up, lifting the leg of "Promised Prince" and executing a trip takedown. Akimoto drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Tadashi sits up in "Promised Princes" open guard and spins to an leg lock. Erasmus is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Akimoto connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Tadashi Akimoto throws a hard jab but Danny Erasmus throws a cross right over the top rocking Tadashi Akimoto. Danny Erasmus attempts to press in but Tadashi Akimoto uses a inside reaping to put Danny Erasmus on the canvas. Tadashi Akimoto hops to side control. Akimoto throws his knee into the ribs of Danny Erasmus. Danny Erasmus takes a few knees to the body while under Akimotos side control. The bell signals the end of round 3.
