Madni starts to put on the pressure, forcing Dan back into the cage. Madni takes advantage and clinches. Al Ghamdi is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Madni gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Al Ghamdi pushes Dan Deasmhumhain into the cage. Al Ghamdi illegally grabs the cage for leverage but the referee doesn\'t see it. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Al Ghamdi connects with a jab cross combination. Madni throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Madni Al Ghamdi stomps the feet of Deasmhumhain. Madni Al Ghamdi grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that cuts Dan under the eye. Dan attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Al Ghamdi. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
