Round 1 Lukyan Melnikov eats a stiff kick to the face. Melnikov lands a solid kick to the front leg of Axl. Lukyan attempts to clinch, but Jodoin connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Round 2 "Andrei Arlovski" parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Lukyan throws a cross that easily dodged by Jodoin. "Spidey" parries "Andrei Arlovskis" jab and connect with a cross. After dodging a jab, Axl Jodoin lands a kick to the ribs of Lukyan Melnikov who winces in pain. Lukyan lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Axl. Melnikov is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 "Andrei Arlovski" lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by "Spidey". "Andrei Arlovski" sends Jodoin to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Lukyan Melnikov pulls out of the guard of "Spidey", stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of "Spidey". "Andrei Arlovski" pushes down Jodoins leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Lukyan Melnikov drops an elbow onto the forehead of "Spidey". Lukyan Melnikov slips out of half guard and into side control. "Spidey" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "Spidey" starts to wiggle out of back control, Lukyan lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Axl Jodoin attempts a striking combination, but Melnikov forces the clinch. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
