Round 1 Vargas takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Nicolas moves in to press the action, but Paul Green lands a heavy back kick. Green connects with a strong right hook. Paul Green eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Nicolas Vargas. Nicolas Vargas attempts to clinch, but Green connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Vargas throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Paul Green. The fighters circle each other. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Nicolas Vargas snaps back the head of Paul with a stiff jab. Paul is staggered by a jab to the chin. Nicolas Vargas throws a cross that easily dodged by Paul Green. Green gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Paul tries to stand up but Nicolas plants him back down with several strikes. Green starts to wiggle out of back control, Vargas lets him escape putting them both on their feet. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Paul counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Vargas keeps Paul at a distance with some well timed jabs. Nicolas lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Green. Green lands a solid kick to the front leg of Nicolas Vargas. Nicolas throws a kick to the midsection that is caught by Paul. Paul lands a sweeping leg kick that puts Nicolas on his back. Round 3 is over.
