Round 1 Lukyan Yuryev attempts a takedown but slips, and Wild backs away. Wild is standing over Lukyan Yuryev. Heilyn Wild stands over Lukyan Yuryev, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Lukyan Yuryev is able to grab an arm and pull Heilyn Wild into his guard. A right hand from Lukyan while in guard angers Heilyn who returns the favor with a powerful right hand. Heilyn distracts Yuryev with peppering shots. Heilyn then isolates a leg and sinks a achilles lock. Yuryev is able to force his way out but gives up mount in the ensuing scramble. Heilyn Wild maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Lukyan Yuryev gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Lukyan rolls back into being mounted. Lukyan Yuryev bucks off Heilyn Wild and sweeps him over to his back getting into his half guard.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Lukyan Yuryev hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Heilyn. Heilyn attempts a lazy shot, which Yuryev sprawls, eventually taking Heilyn back. Lukyan Yuryev lays into Heilyn Wild with some strong shots forcing Heilyn Wild to give up mount position. Yuryev secures his position. Lukyan telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Heilyn Wild gives up his back to stop the attempt. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Lukyan connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Wild. Heilyn connects with a hard jab as Lukyan Yuryev attempts a wide outside hook. Lukyan Yuryev ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Heilyn to the mat, and his back. Lukyan begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Wild rolls to being mounted instead. Lukyan Yuryev throws some outside strikes at Wild. Heilyn Wild throws a leg off and reaches around the back of Lukyan Yuryev capturing back control. The round comes to an end.
